Glanbia Nutritionals Ingredient Technologies plans to build a 40,000-square-foot cereal ingredient processing facility in Sioux Falls, S.D., that will replace a plant in Angusville, Man., that was destroyed by fire in March. The new facility will produce MeadowPure quality whole and milled flaxseed ingredients as well as other seed and grain products.
