Diageo backs new drunk driving regulations in New York

MV can attach an interlock device to the car's ignition system, asking drivers to blow into the device every time to start the engine. If alcohol is detected, the car will not start.

Diageo North America state government relations senior director Dwayne Kratt said they appreciate the Governor's efforts for coming up with such initiatives to fight against drunk driving in the state.
