Bangladesh to ban import of chemically treated food

y the high court comes in response to the the writ petition filed by M Helal Uddin, a director of Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI), on November 19. Helal Uddin had sought a ban on chemically-treated foods in order to ensure food safety.
