Campbell Soup Company is selling its European Chips Business, which includes Kettle Chips and Metcalfes skinny popcorn, to Valeo Foods in a 66 million deal.
Valeo Foods, a portfolio company of investment company CapVest Partners, also gains access to Dutch brand Yellow Chips.
The deal means that Campbell will retain the Kettle Brand business in the US and all other geographies except for Europe and the Middle East.
