The fruit is handpicked in the Latvian forest and made into fruit pure at Puratos's factory.
The firm acquired the Latvia fruit factory Pure Food in early 2011 to enhance its sourcing opportunities. Since then, its range of fruit fillings have been integrated into the Puratos range.
