Russia interecepts 344 tons of quarantined produce from Kazakhstan

According to a recent press release, Russia prohibited the import of more than 344 tons of quarantined products from Kazakhstan. From July 3 to July 7, 2018, 17 attempts to smuggle more than 344 tons of quarantined products with high phytosanitary risks into the Russian Federation, were stopped, the message read.

The products were imported to Russia from Kazakhstan and destined for Moscow, Samara, Yekaterinburg and Chelyabinsk.
