Evolution Fresh, a subsidiary of US-based Starbucks, is set to open a new $70m juicery in Rancho Cucamonga, California, in a move to boost its share in the $1.6bn fruit drink market.
The new juice plant, which will be spread over an area of around 264,000ft, will be Starbucks' sixth manufacturing facility in the country.
Evolution Fresh is expected to employ approximately 190 people at the new juice production facility.
Commenting on the new juicery, Evolution Fresh general manager Chris Bruz
